Outfit / Suits

Yes. All of our suits within our Bridal, Formal and Pret collections are stitched suits, either 2 or 3 piece. The majority of our suits come to us unstiched and are stitched by our own tailors to ensure the quality is up to the level we expect on every order. We don't cut corners.

Yes! We work with all of the designers you see on our website directly and receive our items from them.

We do not sell replicas as our aim is to provide you with the best outfits from the best designers without sacrificing quality.

You can be assured that shopping with My Asian Wedding Store is safe! We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info@myasainweddingstore to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us

Once you place your order, we're on it and ensure the process of getting the outfit to you ASAP begins. If you email us within 1 hours of placing your order you will be able to make changes to the size or delivery address but for anything else you'll have to place a new order and return any unwanted items or.

To make sure you receive your new ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel.

Not for deliveries in the UK, however, International deliveries may incur customs fees but you will need to confirm with your courier.

We aim to deliver all products within 5-10 working days for UK orders and 10-15 working days for International orders from when you place your order but this will also depend on the service selected and country of delivery.

For UK orders:

Standard Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time of 3 - 4 working days from date of dispatch*

Express Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time from 1 – 2 working days from date of dispatch*

Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on any orders. Unless you have contracted as a consumer in the EEA and you have cancelled your Contract under clause 5 of the Terms and Conditions, in which case we will refund delivery charges you have paid for delivery of the products to you, although the maximum refund for delivery will be the least expensive delivery method we offer to your delivery destination.

If you have returned the parcel via a trackable service, we recommended tracking the parcel to see if it has been delivered before contacting us. If the parcel is showing as delviered, kindly allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your return.
